Pedal Power™ is a bring-your-own-bike & trainer cycling class that increases pedal efficiency, power, strength and stamina. Not a cyclist? Pedal Power™ is also a great workout to burn calories or increase overall fitness.
Led by a USA Cycling Coach/Elite Athlete, combine this class with Vélo-Strength or Tri-Strength for the ultimate endurance sport conditioning program!
Vélo-Strength implements functional strength, power and flexibility exercises to meet the demands of cycling and all endurance sports. These workouts will translate to increased power and endurance and decreased injury risk.

Tri-Strength workouts include 3-Dimensional strength, power, core and flexibility exercises to enhance performance while reducing injury risk. Tri-Strength increases swimming, cycling and running efficiency so you can train harder without overtraining.
The Tri-Strength 18-week off-season program begins in October and transitions to an in-season maintenance program in March. All fitness levels welcome.
Run-Fit includes functional strength, agility, flexibility and core-strengthening exercises to prevent knee and low-back pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis and other injuries. Each workout includes running drills to improve form, balance and endurance.
Run-Fit will make you feel stronger for your training walks, jogs, or runs. All fitness levels welcome – Run-Fit is a great workout for anyone!
