What is “Training Peaks”?
Your daily rides and guidelines for training will be written and delivered to you through the online training program software
Training Peaks. Your coach will use this program to email you daily workouts, monitor your progress via on-line journaling, and adjust your program as needed to assure you remain injury-free the entire racing season.
What are the “Classes”?
Vélo-Strength – functional strength training, flexibility, injury prevention exercises
Pedal Power™ (Wed 7:15pm) - indoor cycling workout on stationary trainers, rollers, etc.
All classes held at RU Sports Performance Center
