RU Sports Performance Center's functional strength training and injury prevention programs are the perfect supplement to your training!
Run-Fit includes interval training, form and pacing drills, strength and flexibility training - all in the beautiful setting of Mission Bay Park. Run-Fit will make you feel stronger for your training walks, jogs, or runs and is a great way to burn calories.
All fitness levels welcome – Run-Fit is a great workout for anyone!

Marathon & Half-Marathon Training
Whether you have a goal to run your first marathon or qualify for Boston, CEC can help! Half Marathon and Full Marathon Training Programs are comprehensive and include multiple coached workouts per week: interval training, functional strength training classes (Run-Fit) and group runs on weekends.
