RU Sports Performance Center's functional strength training and injury prevention programs are the perfect supplement to your training!



Tri-Strength workouts include 3-Dimensional strength, power, core and flexibility exercises to enhance performance while reducing injury risk. Tri-Strength increases swimming, cycling and running efficiency so you can train harder without overtraining.

The Tri-Strength 18-week off-season program begins in October and transitions to an in-season maintenance program in March. All fitness levels welcome!
